Returns Policy

FAULTY/ DAMAGED GOODS
1.1 If an item is faulty or damaged on receipt of delivery, you must notify us by telephone on 07816 677896 or in writing at [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt. A returns note will then be emailed to you
1.2 A full refund will be offered or a like for like replacement.
1.3 Return postage will be covered by us. The returned goods must be returned using ‘signed for’ service.
1.4 The faulty or damaged item must be returned to us with full packaging and labels within 5 days of notifying us.

 

UNSUITABLE GOODS
2.1 If an item is unsuitable, you must notify us by telephone on 07816 677896 or in writing by email at [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt. A returns note will then be emailed to you.
2.2 Goods must be returned to us with full packaging and labels, within 5 days of notifying us.
2.3 Returned postage will not be paid for by us. It will be the buyer’s responsible to pay for return postage.
2.4 Returned goods must be returned using ‘signed for’ service.
2.5 A refund or an alternative item will be offered to the buyer.
2.6 Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
